Do What Must Be Done

03 05 2005
16 Days to go.

Here I am, a 32 year old adult with 3 kids of my own, and I am officially in a full-on Star Wars frenzy. It's like being a nine year old all over again. I'm even reading the freaking novelization of Episode III because the jones has gotten so hard. If this movie isn't good, (actually all signs point to this one being a masterpiece) I'm gonna be crushed. Anyone else lost any semblance of focus in the rest of life now that the end is so close?

So, we went to the 9:35 show today. I was a little bit worried that it wouldn't be good after all. Let's just say I was not disappointed. This movie was great. Man, was it ever DARK. It had all of the best elements of the previous 5 movies, without the silly nonsense that Lucas sometimes threw in. Props to Hayden Christensen who really redeemed himself. He was scary good. And Ian McDiarmid absolutely stole the show as Palpatine/Sidious. Can't wait to see it again.

Just saw it. I would have been @ the opening but I'm in the middle of a move. Amazing. Silly Lucas dialogue, but awesome nonetheless. I'm going again. Almost went right back in line.

No, Chris.

There's a difference between 'Geek' and 'Total tool.'
